A Time Management Coach is someone trained in the skill of Time Management to help you maximize your potential and achieve your desired results. They provide caring support while pushing you to stay focused on your goals, holding you accountable throughout your journey to becoming more organized, focused and productive. I am an Internationally Certified Time Management Coach and member of the Certified Coaches Alliance, Vancouver Canada and have completed extensive training to learn to ask the right questions, communicate effectively and get to the heart of your needs and desires in life.

Simply put, a consultant gives the answers, while a coach helps the client find their own answers. In coaching, it is believed that the client holds the solutions and with the use of the right questions is able to draw them out. However, Time Management includes certain skills that need to be taught. At TM Consultants we use a blend of Coaching and Consulting to achieve the best results.

At TM Consultants we have a three-tiered approach. Our programs seek to discover and treat the root cause of your Time Management issues, teach you skills and techniques to improve how you spend your time and work with you to design a strategy or routine to maintain consistency.

There’s a saying that goes: ‘You don’t know what you don’t know.’ And that’s the thing about trying to do it yourself. You aren’t always clear on what you should be searching for because well – you just don’t know! Coaching provides a format and a framework that will bring you results faster than if you attempted to figure it out on your own. In addition to that, coaching provides the support and push that you need to effect real change.

I provide personal Time Management coaching to Caribbean working women but my Corporate Group Training is available to both men and women.
